ManagePlaces lets you share your documents with anyone - whether they have access to your account or not. The system will create a unique link for the document that can be emailed on. This is really handy if you have large files or documents that are too heavy to email as attachments. You can also view your document's share history or revoke a share if needed. Here's how:
Step 1:
First click into Documents in the left-hand menu to access your document repository. Now find the document you want to share, click on the ellipses and select Share.
Step 2:
You will now see a pop-up with a unique link. Copy this link to send it on by email.
Step 3:
You can view your document's share history by clicking Shares in the left-hand menu. From this screen, you can revoke a share too. To do this, simply click on the ellipses and select Revoke.
