How to log in

ManagePlaces is accessible from any device with a Web browser (Google Chrome is recommended) by following this link:

You can bookmark the above link, or add ManagePlaces as a Home App on iOS devices by following the instructions here.

Once you access the login page, you will be asked for your username (which is the email address you used to accept your invitation) and your password:

Type in your details, and click Login.

Note: The first time you access the system you will be asked to enable location services. This enables task proximity and only temporarily stores your current area, not your location history.

Issuing a password reminder

If, for any reason, you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking the "Forgot your password" button on the login page. You will be asked to type in your email address. Then click "Reset password" and check your email inbox for further instructions.
